TopClick builds mobile apps and websites, including Top TagScout. This policy explains what information our apps may collect and how it is used.
Information We Collect
Top TagScout sends the product search text you enter and any product photo you choose to analyze so it can return listing ideas. Purchase status is used on your device to provide access. Saved research sets are stored on your device; Top TagScout does not provide cloud sync.
AI Processing
Top TagScout sends your selected input to the TopClick backend, which uses Google Gemini to generate keywords, tags, titles, descriptions, and other listing ideas. A product photo is sent only after you choose the camera or photo-library analysis feature.
Payments
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to provide the requested listing research, manage purchase access, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share requested research input with the service providers needed to operate Top TagScout: Vercel for backend hosting, Google Gemini for AI generation, and Apple for App Store purchases. Top TagScout does not include advertising SDKs.
Children
TopClick apps are not intended for children under 13. Do not use the apps if you are under 13.
